Wiring Guide
- BAT (Red 2P seat): DC 3.7V–5V positive to +, GND to negative
- Speaker 1 (White 2P seat): L-O- / L-O+ (left channel)
- Speaker 2 (White 2P seat): R-O- / R-O+ (right channel)
- Note: If using a 3.7V lithium battery, remove the IN4007 diode to prevent a ~0.7V voltage drop that may affect USB/card reading
- Voltage must NOT exceed 5V — higher voltage will damage the main chip, power amplifier IC, and related components
Bluetooth Pairing Instructions
- Power on the module — it will automatically enter Bluetooth discovery mode
- On your smartphone, open Settings → Bluetooth and scan for devices
- Select YMX-868BT from the list
- Non-Android devices: enter password 0000 when prompted

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What power supply should I use with the Bluetooth 5.0 amplifier board?
A: Use a quality DC power supply or lithium battery providing 3.7V–5V at a minimum of 1.5A–2A. Do not exceed 5V, as this can permanently damage the amplifier IC and main chip. For two speakers running at full output (5W×2), ensure your source can deliver at least 2A continuously. Avoid low-quality adapters — unstable current causes audio distortion or module restarts.
Q: What speaker impedance is compatible with this amplifier board?
A: The board is designed for 4Ω speakers. When powered by a 3.7V lithium battery, use 4Ω / 3W×2 speakers. When powered by a regulated 5V supply, use 4Ω / 5W×2 full-range speakers for optimal stereo performance.
Q: Can I use this board to drive an external power amplifier?
A: Yes. The 3P block labeled OUT provides a dedicated audio output: the middle pin is audio ground, and the left/right pins carry the L and R channels respectively. Simply connect these to your external amplifier's input instead of (or in addition to) the onboard speaker outputs.
Q: Why is the Bluetooth connection unstable or the module restarting?
A: This almost always indicates insufficient supply current. Check that your power source reliably delivers 1.5A–2A. If using a lithium battery at 3.7V, confirm it can sustain the required discharge current — some cells have adequate voltage but insufficient current capacity, leading to connectivity instability or audio dropouts.
