Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is the butterfly print rug truly machine washable?
A: Yes! This rug is fully machine washable as well as hand washable. The 100% polyester fabric and PVC non-slip backing are both designed to withstand regular washing without losing shape, colour, or grip performance.
Q: Will the rug stay flat after being shipped folded?
A: Because large rugs are folded for international shipping, some light creases may be present on arrival. Simply lay the rug flat on the floor and allow 24–48 hours for it to naturally relax and flatten out. You can also gently smooth it by hand or place light furniture on the corners to help it settle faster.
Q: Can I order a custom size for this rug?
A: Absolutely — custom sizes are available. Please contact our customer service team directly with your measurements rather than using the custom size option at checkout, so we can ensure your order is processed correctly.
Q: Is the non-slip backing safe for hardwood and tile floors?
A: Yes. The PVC non-slip backing is designed to grip hard floor surfaces including hardwood, laminate, and tile, helping to keep the rug securely in place during everyday use.
