Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can the HIP K19 LED flashlight be used in heavy rain?
A: Yes! The K19 features storm-level waterproofing on its ABS shell, making it well-suited for use in heavy rain, wet outdoor environments, fishing trips, and similar conditions where exposure to water is expected.
Q: How long does it take to fully charge, and how long will the battery last?
A: The K19 charges via its Micro-USB fast charging port — charge times vary, but the built-in 18650 lithium battery provides approximately 3–5 hours of continuous runtime per full charge, depending on the selected brightness mode.
Q: How does the telescopic zoom work on this LED torch?
A: Simply slide the front barrel of the flashlight forward or backward to adjust the beam. Push it forward to concentrate the beam into a narrow, long-distance spotlight, or pull it back to widen the beam for a broader flood-light effect — perfect for both close-range tasks and long-range visibility.
Q: What are all the lighting modes available?
A: The K19 offers four modes: Strong Light (full 500-lumen output), Low Light (energy-saving), Burst/Strobe Flash (high-visibility signalling), and SOS (emergency signal pattern). Cycle through them with a single button press.
