Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Is this round rug truly machine washable?

A: Yes! The Facaishu round vintage rug is designed to be fully machine washable. Its foldable, non-slip PVC backing is engineered to withstand gentle machine wash cycles without losing its shape or grip. Hand washing is also supported for extra care.

Q: Will the rug stay in place on hardwood or tile floors?

A: Absolutely. The non-slip PVC backing provides a secure grip on smooth surfaces like hardwood, laminate, and tile floors, helping to keep the rug in position during everyday use.

Q: What should I do if the rug arrives with creases?

A: Due to folded international shipping, some creases upon arrival are completely normal. Simply lay the rug flat in a warm room for 24–48 hours, and the creases will naturally relax. You can also place light furniture on the edges to help it flatten faster.

Q: Can I order a custom size?

A: Yes! Custom sizes are available. Please contact customer service directly with your measurements before placing your order — it is not recommended to select the custom option in the product listing link.
