How to Use

1. Connect the data cable to your computer's USB or Type-C port — the device icon appears in the system tray.
2. Press the eject button; the disc tray will pop open.
3. Place your DVD or CD on the tray, press gently to seat it, then push the tray closed.
4. Wait a few seconds for the disc to be read — it will appear as a DVD RW drive in "My Computer" or Finder.

Tip: The indicator light will flash periodically during operation — this is normal power-saving behaviour, not a fault. If startup seems slow, allow 5–10 seconds for the drive to initialise.

Safety Note

The internal laser light source is an optical component. Do not look directly into the laser aperture when the tray is open. Keep out of reach of children.
