Yes! The rug is fully machine washable. Its 100% polyester pile and foldable PVC non-slip backing are designed to withstand regular washing. You can also hand wash it if preferred. After washing, lay flat or hang to dry for best results.

Will the rug stay in place on hardwood or tile floors?

Absolutely. The polyvinyl chloride (PVC) non-slip backing provides strong grip on smooth hard surfaces like hardwood, laminate, and tile, keeping the rug firmly in position during everyday use.

Can I order a custom size for my space?

Yes — custom sizes are available. Please contact our customer service team directly with your required dimensions before placing your order. We recommend not selecting the custom option within the product link; reach out to us instead for a smooth ordering experience.

How do I remove creases from my new rug?

Because large rugs are folded for shipping, some light creases are normal upon arrival. Simply lay the rug flat in a warm room for 24–48 hours and the creases will naturally relax. You can also gently smooth the pile by hand or place light furniture on the edges to help it flatten faster.
