Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What size spare tire does this dinosaur tire cover fit?
A: This T-Rex spare tire cover is designed for a 15-inch wheel / 27-inch diameter spare tire. The 27-inch is the smallest size available, so please measure your spare tire's outer diameter carefully before ordering to confirm it is the right fit for your vehicle.
Q: Is this spare tire cover waterproof and fade-resistant?
A: Yes! The cover is constructed from a UV-resistant, waterproof fabric (118 g/m²) that protects your spare tire from sunlight, rain, mud, and dust. The material is lightweight, soft, and easy to wipe clean, making it ideal for all weather conditions and off-road adventures.
Q: Does this cover work with a backup camera on the spare tire?
A: No — this version does not include a backup camera hole. It is designed for vehicles that do not have a backup camera mounted on the spare tire. If your vehicle has a spare-mounted backup camera, please look for a version with a camera cutout.
Q: How do I install or remove the spare tire cover?
A: Installation is quick and tool-free. Simply stretch the cover over your spare tire and tighten the polypropylene drawcord at the back for a secure, snug fit. Removal is just as easy — loosen the drawcord and slide the cover off in seconds.
