Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Does the watermelon squishy toy return to its original shape after squeezing?

A: No — and that's the fun of it! Unlike traditional slow-rise squishy toys, this watermelon slushy squeeze ball is designed to hold whatever shape you mold it into. The Vaseline-paste interior lets you press, knead, and sculpt it freely without automatic rebound. This is a deliberate design feature, not a defect.

Q: Why does the texture feel different in hot vs. cold weather?

A: The outer polyester skin and inner paste are temperature-sensitive by nature. In warmer conditions the toy feels softer and more fluid, making it extra easy to shape. In cooler temperatures the skin firms up slightly and offers more resistance. Both states are completely normal physical properties of the material.

Q: Is this squishy toy safe? Are there any harmful chemicals?

A: The product listing states that no high-concern chemicals are used in this toy. It is recommended for ages 14 and up. Adult supervision is advised for younger children, and the toy should not be placed near the mouth.

Q: What occasions is this squishy toy good for as a gift?

A: This watermelon slushy squishy squeeze toy makes a fun and affordable gift for birthdays, holiday parties, Christmas, Easter, Halloween, back-to-school, graduations, and virtually any celebration. It also works great as a party favor or stocking stuffer!
