Installation Guide
- Turn off your computer and remove the side panel of your PC case.
- Locate a suitable opening at the rear of the chassis and route the cable through into the case interior.
- Identify the Power SW and Power LED jumper pins on your motherboard. Carefully replace the existing jumpers with the corresponding connectors from this cable, ensuring positive (+) electrodes are connected correctly as indicated in the included diagram. Repeat for HDD LED and Reset SW in the adjacent row.
- If you wish to retain front-panel button functionality at the same time, use a 1-to-2 adapter (sold separately) to split the signal.
- Verify all connections, restart your computer, and confirm all functions operate normally. Use cable ties to tidy the harness and position the external switch button on your desk.
Note: Please confirm your motherboard's plug specifications (2.54mm pitch) before purchasing. A 1-to-2 adapter may be required depending on your specific motherboard socket layout.
